1. The ARTISTE (Dave Royal), will arrive at the venue prior to the commencement of the performance in order to prepare for the performance.
2. The PROMOTER (the Client), will (where possible), ensure that adequate facilities are available for preparation of performance by the ARTISTE as in (1) above.
3. Deposit payment is part of the booking confirmation procedure and should be paid within 7 days of the date of the Booking Agreement to ensure the booking on the required date is confirmed.
4. Any outstanding balance of payment is due a minimum of 7 days prior to the day of the performance.
5. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required for all performances unless otherwise stated.
6. The booking made herein will only become valid and confirmed, upon receipt by the ARTISTE of the agreed fee or agreed deposit and a return email confirming same.
7. It is an expressed term of this agreement that the PROMOTER will indemnify the ARTISTE for any damage caused by any person or persons attending the function, to any equipment or property belonging to, loaned to or being purchased by the ARTISTE.
8. An email to info@daveroyalmagician.co.uk including the Booking Agreement and these terms and conditions and payment of agreed fee or agreed deposit, will be accepted as a binding agreement.
9. In the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled by the ARTISTE (incl. any government restrictions), for reasons not caused by the PROMOTER, all monies will be returned.
10. Non payment of an outstanding balance by the due date shall be deemed as a cancellation on the part of the PROMOTER and as such, shall incur cancellation fees as stated in the Cancellations section of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations

If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following charges apply:

Cancellation over 6 months prior to performance = 25% of agreed fee

Cancellation between 3 and 6 months prior to the performance = 50% of agreed fee

Cancellation under 3 month prior to the performance = 100% of agreed fee

Should a performance be cancelled by the PROMOTER, any deposit will be forfeited in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned in the Cancellations section of these Terms and Conditions.

All cancellations must be made by email and cancellation fees paid as in Payment Details set out in the Booking Agreement.
